Housing Rental Program Terms and Conditions
 

1. Introduction
 

Welcome to the Paris Missions Missionary Housing Program. This program exists to assist foreign missionaries coming to Paris and France to do outreach, evangelistic activities, and other efforts which support the advancement of the gospel in France. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for participating in our program. By securing housing through this program, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
 

2. Deposit and Payment Terms
 

2.1 Non-Refundable Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your housing.

• The deposit amount must be paid by May 1, 2024 for those reservations made before April 30, and by June 15, 2024 for those made after May 1, 2024.

• Failure to pay the deposit by the specified date may result in the forfeiture of your housing reservation.
   

2.2 Balance Payment

• The remaining balance for your housing must be paid in full by June 30, 2024, or a mutually agreed upon date.

• Payments can be made through our approved payment methods, specifically through wire transfers made to the Christian Ministry Alliance. Details will be provided with an invoice.

• Failure to pay the deposit by the specified date may result in the forfeiture of your housing reservation.
   

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
 

3.1 Before June 30th

• If you decide to cancel your housing reservation before June 30th, the non-refundable deposit will not be refunded. However, any payments made towards the balance will be refunded.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our customer service team.
   

3.2 After June 30th

• No refunds will be issued for any cancellations made after June 30, 2024.

• This policy is in accordance with our partners' terms, which state that housing will be secured and no refunds will be processed after this date.

• It is important to understand that committing to the program means acknowledging and accepting this no-refund policy post-June 30th.
   

4. Securing Housing

• Your housing is considered secured only after the full balance has been received and processed by the specified deadlines.

• Confirmation of housing will be sent via email once all payments are verified.
   

5. Responsibilities and Obligations
 

5.1 Tenant Responsibilities

• Tenants must comply with all housing rules and regulations set forth by the housing provider.

• Tenants are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and reporting any damages or issues promptly.

• All damages will be billed directly to those renting the facilities and not to Paris Missions / Kingdom Impact Network / Christian Ministry Alliance.
   

5.2 Landlord Obligations

• The housing provider is responsible for ensuring the property is in livable condition and addressing any maintenance issues in a timely manner.
   

6. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email and updated on our website.
